  It was only within the past six or so months that we've had so much trouble.
  
  1. Several times orders have been either incorrect or missing items.
  2. Several times I have found long strands of thick black hair in everything from my salads to my lo mein.
  3. When I just called to order three lunch specials for around five dollars a piece I was told the total would be almost $30. When I said that the prices online do not reflect the price she gave me I got an and said "don't use website." I said, "then why is your number and pictures of your store still linked on the website," and I was told' "order canceled." And was then hung up on.
  
  This last one was the final straw. It really sucks because there's not too many options on the island. However, I will gladly spend my money somewhere else that doesn't try to chisel me and give me an ever decreasing product just to give me an attitude when I called back up to tell them that they were missing an item that I already paid for. Everyone has bad days, every business has bad times, but when you're screwing up don't be rude and seemingly dismissive to your customers.
  
  My family is in the restaurant business, I have managed hoagie shops, I have Worked as a delivery driver before, and we tip very well because we know how hard those jobs are. And with all honesty a couple of these problems such as the hair in the food we're not even mentioned to the restaurant. However, all of the times that orders have been messed up it seems like there is not much apology and very little want to try to remedy the situation. Hopefully they get back up on their feet and maybe will try to order from there again next year.
